After hearing some chatter about this shop, I decided to take my car in for a transmission service. I have to say, it was worth every bit of the effort! The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the facility was and how professional the mechanics seemed. While the repair took a bit longer than I anticipated, they did offer a very fair rate, which made the wait much more bearable. It’s also nice to see a business that values customer service as much as they do. My car runs like a dream now, so I’m very pleased overall. Just a small note: I wish there were more updates during the repair time, but that's really a minor detail. I would recommend them to anyone who needs solid transmission work done.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience at this shop! Being a first-time customer, I was a bit anxious about the whole transmission repair process. Pricing was also very fair compared to what I expected, which is always a nice surprise. If I had to nitpick, I would say the parking situation could be better, but it’s manageable.
